Level 1
Train the Recruiter
Certifies your recruiters to use the Reason for Being method themselves: gathering a candidate's episodes of accomplishment, formulating a reliable Reason for Being, and building a fit demonstration for hiring decisions.
Level 2
Train the Trainer
Certifies those same recruiters to pass the method on to their colleagues, so the practice spreads inside your organization rather than staying dependent on outside support.
Who It's For
Level 1
Internal recruiters, talent acquisition partners, and HR business partners with meaningful interviewing experience. No prior familiarity with Reason for Being is required.
Level 2
Recruiters who have completed Level 1 and put the method into practice with real candidates.
Staying With It After Training
- 30 days: real interviews, or a first colleague trained
- 60 to 90 days: review session and impact check
- Ongoing: 3, 6, and 12-month validation loop after hiring
