I began my career on assembly lines in France and Germany, gaining first-hand experience of industrial environments and the people who drive organizational success.

An engineering graduate from ISARA, I went on to hold international leadership, training, and development roles with Manitou, New Holland, and Bobcat Doosan. There, I created the EMEA Academy, a platform dedicated to developing technical, managerial, and leadership capabilities across Europe.

Since 2020, I have been Managing Partner of Arthur Hunt Czech Republic. I advise leaders and executive teams on leadership, executive search, and organizational transformation.

I also facilitate forums that bring together CEOs and HR leaders to explore the human challenges facing organizations.

I am the creator of the Reason for Being by Laurent Laval™ methodology.
