I help organizations bring their leaders together around what really matters. When the right people truly engage, the room itself becomes the consultant: every participant benefits from the experience of everyone else.
Leadership Dialogues
Bringing leaders into the same room is easy. Getting them to truly engage is not.
Design and facilitation of leadership dialogues and workshops.
What the room produces
Leaders leave with something they did not have before:
✦
Shared understanding
✦
A clear decision
✦
A real commitment
✦
A concrete idea to put into practice
When organizations bring me in
- A new strategy needs to be understood and owned, not just presented.
- A leadership team needs to rebuild trust and speak openly about difficult topics.
- During a merger, a reorganization, a change of leadership or a wider leadership transformation, people need to find common ground.
- Leaders need to agree on the principles behind their decisions.
- CEOs from different companies of the same group share a title but not a conversation.
How I work
01
A clear intention
Each dialogue is designed around one intention, and every element serves it.
02
The right participants
Selected for what they can bring to others as much as for what they can gain.
03
Speakers with something to say
Meaningful, relevant input, grounded in real experience.
04
A format built for participation
Leaders inspire each other because participation is designed in, not hoped for.
Art often opens the space: for years, opera singer Miroslava Časarová has opened the CEO and HR meetings I host in Prague, connecting people before a single word is spoken.
Participants can arrive having clarified their own Reason for Being, which gives the dialogue a shared language. The two remain separate offers: a dialogue works on its own.
